Hi, I'm trying to register my recently purchased copy of Excel Workbook Rebuilder, but I'm getting stuck on the following dialogue box (after putting in my email addres and Order ID of WKB3042, as received from you by email, into the relevant box after selecting "Main" "register Online" menu from within the software, as instructed by your email:- "Enter Network Password" I enter my user name and password, but my pc freezes and eventually asks the following:- "VBusers Licensing" - "please make a connection to the internet, then resubmit your details...." I already have an internet connection via my company's LAN (which is how I bought your software and downloaded it!), so what is it asking for? Is it a user name and password required to get onto your proxy server? Can you please advise ASAP, as we urgently need to recover an excel file. Cheers...Dave Wilson
