Hi Peter, Thanks for sorting this out. Have now used your new "offline" procedure for registration and finally unlocked the product. Unfortunately the file that I need to fix will not repair, rebuild or extract data, so I've sent it to your support team to to see if they can sort it out. Once again, thanks. Dave
