I have tried what you asked in your reply with no success. As your software appears to work outside of Internet explorer for registration purposes, where can I set up the proxy settings (because it's stuck in a loop trying to connect to a proxy server it can't see). My internet explorer is configured correctly to access the web via our LAN, otherwise I wouldn't be posting this reply, but your software doesn't seem able to see these settings (I NEVER have to supply my user name and password when normally web browsing, as this is all controlled by our proxy server which uses NT log on authentication) Regards...Dave Wilson
