I've sent an email today requesting a refund of the licence cost, as you seem to be unable to reply to my request to even start to unlock your software. You can ignore this email if you are able to offer a solution to allow me to try out your software on the file that is currently damaged ASAP. Please acknowledge either way. Regards....Dave
