When NetSend reads the incoming messages it allows a certain number of characters for the message heading. This is different depending on which regional settings your computer is running on. To correct this do the following: 1. Right click the NetSend Icon in the system tray (The white and black icon near the clock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen). 2. Select the "Options" menu item. 3. Select the "Other" tab. 4. In Region Settings pick the appropriate setting, or if you are not sure select [Auto Detect].
