So I went ahead and ran the installer. As I said previously, it asked if it was ok to update some files and if so it would require a reboot. I said yes and it loaded some things and then asked if it would be okto reboot now and afterward I should re-run the installer. So I said yes, it reboot ok. I re-ran the installer and I ended back at the same question set. So I assume it has not finished installing and that it does not like something about my system. Again for reference. NT 4.0 Service Pack 6a, Office Premium 2000 Service Release 1 & 2 Dula Processor Dell 733 Pentium III with 256 MB RamBus Ram Twin 9 GB SCSI 160, 100 Base-T SQL Server, Auto Pliot, VM 400 MB Addin's Code Cleaner, Code Doc, Excel Utilities
