If it asks you twice it means that it failed to update the resource, which generally happens when the file is being locked by another service/application or it doesn't have the correct permissions. The system files that ship with the rebuilder are: VB6STKIT.DLL COMCAT.DLL STDOLE2.TLB ASYCFILT.DLL OLEPRO32.DLL OLEAUT32.DLL msvbvm60.dll Could you post the version numbers of these files (they should be in the system32 directory, just right click on the file then select properties, then version tab). Alternatively, try running the installation program after a reboot, before opening any other applications. You might want check task manager and close any hidden applications. One last thing to try is clearing out your temporary directory before running the installation program...
