Bug:
Net send communicator uses MS Form 2.0, specifically, the 2 required files are fm20.dll and fm20enu.dll. Somehow, the setup file does not include one of these files or both of them. Thus, you can just install MS Office or copy these 2 files from another machine in the WINNT\System32 directory.
