Bug:
Tons of people seem to be getting &h8007007e(-2147024770) on their XP systems. Must be some new version of a DDL or some missing file that Microsoft has decided we can do without. As usual we will be tweaking a registry or changing a file version.... Ive seen hundreds of questions, but no answers... if anyone figured this out already, please let me know (kevincday@yahoo.com).
