Hi, I have a VBA code: Sub AddOption() If ActiveSheet.CheckBoxes("chkOption" & Trim(Mid(Application.Caller, 10, 5))).Value = 1 Then Range("B" & Trim(Mid(Application.Caller, 10, 5))).Copy Range("O" & Trim(Mid(Application.Caller, 10, 5))) Else Range("O" & Trim(Mid(Application.Caller, 10, 5))).ClearContents End If End Sub When I check a box, it transfers the data from the next row to column O in the same row. I want to be able to copy the data from column O to column A without the blank spaces. Also, is there a way to have excel automatically change the name of the cell checkboxs are in instead me having to do them manually. there are 400 rows. Thank you
