Im in the process of creating a form in Microsoft Word 2002 using a drop down list combo box, I am able to create the list of items for the box ok but am stuck on how to write the Visual Basic code to be able to do the following: A user will select an item from the list,add the quantity used and then click a button, whereupon that item will have it's value held in a list in another form changed by -1 for each of the quantity selected. What i'm trying to achieve is to be able to have a "User Altered list" controlling a "Stock Level List" on a shared drive on the network which i beleive shouldn't be a problem as they can be considered to be two seperate forms on the same drive regardless of it being on a network? am i right in this assumption. Thanks in advance for your help
