I admit that I am not an experienced programmer, but I am having a much more difficult time with this problem than I should. I would simply like to have a column in Excel XP that when click on a cell the current date and time appear. A static, unchanging, un-updateable date and time. From cells A9 to A(infinity) a single mouse click would put the current date and time. If I were to click the next cell down, a different date and time would appear (if it was another day). I keep having every cell with the same day/time! If I change one, they all change. I think I am missing something easy. But if anyone can send me code to my email at magicofseth@hotmail.com I would really appreciate it. One click- current date and time. How hard can that be? PLEANTY! THANK YOU!
