I stumbled across the control array.xls example at this website and from there i have managed to learn how to create a class module and add controls to a form at run-time.

i have hit a snag though. on the form that contains the contol array of labels and textboxes (modified from the downloaded example) i have placed a checkbox which, when clicked should set the value of each text box in the array with the following code:

For i = LBound(arrFinIncPort) To UBound(arrFinIncPort)
    If arrFinIncPort(i, 0) = "Australian Shares" Or arrFinIncPort(i, 0) = "Aus Shares" Then
        Value = (arrAssAllInc(1) * Label2.Caption) + (arrAssAllInc(1) * dblwealth - Sheets("income").Range("i47").Value) / Counter
        strValue = CStr(Value)
        oControlArray(i + 1).Text = strValue
    End If
Next i
End Sub

i get an object required error at the line:

oControlArray(i + 1).Text = strValue

when the if statement is true thereby not allowing me to change the text property of the text boxes in the control array

i have tried a few things but with no success. any thpughts/help greatly appreciated.
