i have adequately solved my previous query regarding writing text to the text boxes in a control array however, from the control array example i note at the class level there is no gotfocus or lostfocus event and i suspect this might have something to do with the group of events assigned to each control using the with events statements so for example if i rem out the with events statement for the zoTextBox then i have no events to access for the textbox ok, that havig been confirmed, how do i assign the gotfocus and lostfocus events to the zoTextBox in addition to those assigned by the: Private WithEvents zoTextBox As MSForms.TextBox cheers and thanks
