Hello all, I am having a problem to sort the item in a text file according to date and Department name. the project requirements can be seen by visiting the following link http://geog678.gisharp.com/VBAProject1.pdf thats my project i did complete the forst two questions of the project but i am stuck with the 3rd one. which deals with creating a new form in which when ever the department head clicks the calulate button then in the list box it should display the sorted list in descending order Department number of logins Planning 100 Building 87 Information Technology 70 i have all the list of logins including the departmentname, username to login and login Date and time stored in a text file in notepad i have no idea how to sort them and display them thanks for any assistance that any one might provide to me varun
