I type CMD in the run command area and the screen flashes a DOS window and closes instantly. I try to run a DOS program and the error message says ANOTHER PROGRAM IS USING THIS FILE. I try to get the taskmgr up to no avail - every attempt fails. (It comes up in safe mode and dos works in safe mode). I NEVER SAW ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE --- any ideas for a fix will be appreciated!
