Columns A,B,C, have values A,1,B in them and column D has a year value say 2006. When a user leaves cell D1 then an input box apperas. Input box accepts values(1,3,5,10). Based on this value chosen by the user the record would be copied down but would need to reference the year value in the previous record before copying. At the same time A,1,B would change according to the intervals chosen in the input box. So for example Year2006, interval5 would be five years added on to 2006 and the values in ABC would be A1B-A2B-A3C-A3C-A4D. I cannot figure out how to reference the previous rows when copying. I hope this is clear enough for all to read. Many thanks in advance.
