the following code is used to pass some string vars to a class that will be used to create a sql sequence.

i keep getting the a compile error that says 'this argument is not optional', 
below is the code where i get it:

'this creates instance of the class and allows for connection to the database
    Set bc = New BindingCollection
    Set clsBook = New CBook
    Set bc.DataSource = clsBook
    
    bc.DataMember = cmbTableName.Text
        
    x = cmbTableName.Text
    z = cmbSearchItem.Text
    c = txtdetails.Text
    
   ***This is where i get the error*** 
      clsBook.Search (x & z & c)
   ***

the class below is the part of the class that is called by the search. clsbook is the name of the class.
