I purchased Excel Workbook Rebuilder more than a year ago. Yesterday my license suddenly expired. I submitted problem report via "Contact Us" form, but so far received no response. Today I tried emailing support@vbusers.com. My email was rejected with reply from auto responder "Due to excessively high levels of unsolicited emails (spam emails) we have changed all of our email addresses" and directing me to use "Contact Us" form. We all have to deal with spam, in this day and age there are very good tools to filter spam out. So what do I do now? How long does it take to get response? Support via web form without contact acknowledgement or some way of tracking seems a bit unprofessional to me.
